X-mas parTy

One year of work, and now its christmas again.We are already finished in decorating our cluster and its hella cute*_^. I'll post the pictures of our station soon. On this coming sunday, its our xmas party and it will be held at "Silver City",. Im not familiar with the place but i am expecting that we are going to have a good time there.After work, me and my girl together with our friends are going to buy gifts for our granddaughter/sons.

Moving On

Its been a long day since I checked my blog, many things happened some are bad but most of it was good.At work, it is tight and in my place its peace[sigh] but this is what you call "Living in an Active and Colorful life".My life right now is well complete because of my inspiration, "my girl" and my family, all of us are in good shape and the love and respect to others is really observed.

At work, my Team Leader gave me a task and this task is the one that I am going to own in Sony, my responsibility is to send this task to all agents to keep them in track, to be more focus and competitive.It's amazing when Supervisors are looking on what your capabilities are.

Week End *_^

What a week, today is my rest day and I am going straight to the parlor, have some haircut and go home to watch HEROES and sleep. And at night, my sister and my girl has a plan to drink later at around 9pm. Relaxation is the best part after work, I am really stressed out right now and I really want to spend time with my girl and my family. Can't wait to get home, and guess what? my girl is already in my place,waiting for me..hehehe..

Wow, my report went good.My Operations Manager was impressed about the report.She gave me positive comments about it and I was so happy about it.The report was fully prepared and furnish so that if they are going to raise a question, I can definitely answer it right away but the "real deal " was ,they didnt raised any question and good comments is all that they can give

Today, I am going to accompany my girl to the hospital, she's going to have her medication.Last night, me and my girl went on shopping.She bought foods for their family and I bought foods and goodies for my pipz[of course family].Afterwards we went in my place and guess what? she's going to stay in my place 4 four days, yeepee *_*

My Report

This is my report on Friday about the Law of Scoreboard. This one of the tasks that we are doing on how to become a good Team Leader. Actually I am one step behind to become a Team Leader in SONY.
On this report, me and my girl is tagged to report “The Law of Scoreboard and The Law of Bench” eventually my girl has to go under slight medication so she cannot make it. I’ll make this report very good for her.


“The team can make adjustment when it knows where it stands”

The score board

Every “game” has its own rules and its own definition of what it means to win. Some measure their success in points scored; others in profits. Still others may look at the number of people they serve, and if a team is to accomplish its goal, it has to know where it stands.

Why is it important?

Because the team that succeed make adjustments to continually improve themselves and their situations.
Though you have a tremendous plan to succeed (a plan tells what you want to happen) but the Scoreboard tells you what is happening!

Scoreboard is essential in following ways:

Understanding
Provides a snapshot of the game at any given time
Evaluating
· Growth is a key to success

Growth = Change

· Change in the right direction ( evaluate first yourself and your teammates)
· Continues feedback

Decision Making
· Once you’ve evaluated your situation, you’re ready to make decisions and ready to go back into the game

Adjusting
· Making adjustments is the secret of winning and the scoreboard helps you to see where adjustments need to be made

Winning
· In the end, nobody can win without the scoreboard.

How wonderful life is...

Gee this is a cute picture of me and my wifey!!!

My life has been changed when I met this yankee girl. She is a hottie, a bomb I may say ^_^.I met her in One Global Company. It is a call center and there we had a training for about 2 weeks but I didn't finished it because Ventus called me up and they want me to apply in their company so my training last for only a week. To be honest I only want to flirt with this girl because she has this "Aromatic Smile" so that I did try to call her atleast twice a week after I left One Global, good thing i have her number,[sigh].I invited her to apply in Ventus but when Ventus finally opened up for new application, I signed her right away. I new she could passed the exam and interviews because she has a good accent. Well it did happened, she made it.At that time I was really a "BADBOY" but this angel changed my entire life and showed me how beatiful life is if the one that is with you really loves you and in return I showed her that nothing is imposible even when you are far apart, "if you hold on to each other and stay honest".
