It really depends on the operating system environment of the computer, the Version Conflict message may appear if the camcorder is connected after installing the Microsoft DirectX software. To resolve the issue, click the Yes button in the message. If the No button has already been clicked, disconnect the USB cable and install Microsoft DirectX software.
